Ficacci marks a triumphant first half of 2024 - its 60th anniversary - following successful showcases at Cibus, Italy`s premier food exhibition in Parma, and NRA, the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, both held in May. The Italian company stands out in the industry for its success, which is highlighted by the positive response to its innovative range of bulk olives for deli counters and food service. Following the positive feedback at Cibus and NRA, Ficacci prepares to present its olive bar solutions at other upcoming events, such as at the IDDBA in Houston and at the Summer Fancy Food in New York City, by setting up mini olive bars for an exceptional Italian food tasting experience.
This month`s first event is at the IDDBA - International Dairy Deli Bakery Association - in Houston, from June 9 to 11 (booth #4900).
