La nostra attività ha inizio negli anni sessanta, con la stagionatura e l’essiccazione delle Olive fresche locali secondo le tradizioni popolari. Da allora, tre generazioni si sono susseguite nella lavorazione delle Olive da tavola e oggi siamo estremamente specializzati nel mondo delle Olive. Grazie alll’esperienza maturata nel corso della nostra storia siamo in grado di offrire tutti i cultivars del mediterraneo, preparati in salamoia o ricettati e confezionati in tutti gli imballi di plastica disponibili.


FICACCI’S production activity started in the sixties. Since then we have been producing only Olives with traditional methods in a state of the art facility. Since Mr. Romeo started in the 1960s, three generations have been involved in the production of Olives  and today we are specialized in this industry.
Because of our long experience and knowledge in the market, we can offer with confidence the best quality of all types of Mediterranean Olive Cultivars.  We prepare and cure them either in a salt water brine or as a special recipe; our products are packed in all types of  plastic containers.
