La Mondadori Food Experience, è un festival sul cibo promosso dalla Mondadori, che ha luogo presso lo spazio espositivo Magna Pars di Via Tortona 15 a Milano, da Mercoledì 10 a Domenica 14 aprile 2013. L’evento, in collaborazione con il Comune di Milano e la rivista Sale & Pepe, propone cinque giorni di intrattenimento e informazione per chi vive la cucina come passione.
Cinque giorni di lezioni ed eventi sul cibo, ogni giorno dalle 10:00 alle 21:00 con laboratori, degustazioni, promozione di cibi regionali, giochi e corsi di cucina organizzati dallo staff di Sale & Pepe ed illustri chef italiani, tra gli altri: Davide Oldani, Claudio Sadler, Giuseppe Tinari e Fabio Barbaglini.
Il direttore di Sale & Pepe, Laura Maragliano coordinerà alcuni workshop durante i quali vari professionisti nella decorazione del cibo, bevande e cucina, illustreranno le ultime tendenze della cucina italiana ed internazionale.
Per i partecipanti che desiderano testare le loro abilità in cucina la Mondadori Food Experience offre la possibilità di competere in una sfida, un concorso giudicato da autorevoli esperti in materia come: Davide Oldani, Claudio Sadler, Viviana Varese e Spyros Theodoridis.
La Mostra prende in considerazione anche i bambini, con laboratori divertenti ed educativi, gestiti dal Comune di Milano insieme a Milano Ristorazione, finalizzati a favorire un approccio creativo in cucina oltre che ad occuparsi di una corretta educazione alimentare.
Tutti coloro che parteciperanno al Food Experience riceveranno un abbonamento digitale gratuito per tre mesi a Sale & Pepe con articoli provenienti dagli ultimi 10 numeri.

The Mondadori Food Experience, is a thriving food and wine festival promoted by the Mondadori publishing company, taking place at the Magna Pars event space, located in Via Tortona 15 Milan, from Wednesday the 10th until Sunday the 14th of April 2013. The event, in association with the City Council of Milan and the magazine Sale&Pepe, is focused on five days of entertainment and information for who lives cooking as a passion. Five days of classes and events committed exclusively on food. The stage of the Mondadori Food Experience will host daily from 10.00am to 9.00pm, workshops, tastings, promotions of  Italian traditional food, games and cooking classes organized by Sale&Pepe associates together with distinguished Italian chefs, among others: Davide Oldani, Claudio Sadler, Giuseppe Tinari and Fabio Barbaglini. Laura Maragliano, editor of Sale&Pepe, with her staff will coordinate the Sale&Pepe Show meetings during which professionals in food decoration, beverages and cooking, illustrate the latest trends of both Italian and international food. For the participants who desire to test their cooking skills Mondadori Food Experience offers the chance to compete in “kitchen challenges”, a contest scrutinized by remarkable experts: Davide Oldani, Claudio Sadler, Viviana Varese and Spyros Theodoridis. The Exhibition centers also on children, with amusing and educative workshops, run by the City Council of Milan together with Milano Ristorazione, aimed to encourage a creative approach to cooking besides addressing proper diet education. All those attending the Food Experience will receive also a free three-month digital subscription to Sale&Pepe featuring subjects from 10 back issues.
